Sulaimon FALADE

Sulaimon is a distinguished Chartered Accountant, financial strategist, and tax expert with an illustrious career spanning over 35 years in accounting, auditing, taxation, and public sector consulting. He is a consultant per excellence in providing comprehensive accounting and consulting solutions to clients in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Falade holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. He began his career in the late 1980s and has served in various accounting and finance roles, including Financial Accountant, Audit Senior, Internal Auditor, and Financial Controller, before founding his own firm in 2002.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), with strong credentials in financial reporting, tax compliance, audit management, and revenue consulting.

Falade has led numerous statutory audits, tax audits, and financial advisory assignments for a wide range of clients. In the public sector, his firm has executed audit and consultancy work for agencies such as the Osun State Agricultural Development Agency, Osun CSDP/UN Accounts, and Lagos and Ogun State Internal Revenue Services, among others.

In the private sector, he has overseen audit and consulting engagements for companies such as Joeny Holdings, Origin Group, Finlab Nigeria Ltd, Union Diagnostics, and others, supporting them in financial compliance, internal control, and strategic financial management.
